Volunteer Opportunities
Event Setup & Coordination: Help set up venues, organize activities, and ensure events run smoothly.
Guest Support & Registration: Welcome families, help with registration, and provide information.
Food Service & Catering: Assist with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up.
Children's Activities: Lead games, crafts, and entertainment for young guests.
Photography & Documentation: Capture precious moments (with proper permissions).
Transportation & Logistics: Help with deliveries and moving supplies.
Don't worry if you don't have specific experience - we provide training and pair new volunteers with experienced team members!
